This individual must demonstrate the following criteria within the retail industry
- Overall Presentation
- Acknowledgement and greeting
- How their customer service adds value to our economy
- Utilising selling skills
- Interaction with customers and service level excellence
- Understanding and meeting customers expectations
- Product knowledge

3) Individual Service Award in Service
This individual must demonstrate the values of
- Industry best practice
- Excellence in Customer service
- Excellence in product knowledge within their industry
including but not limited to health, trade and education

4) Apprentice/Trainee of the year Award
This individual must be
- Undertaking an apprenticeship and has been outstanding
in all aspects of their training.
- Career and study achievements.
- Team and communication skills.
- Other qualities and pursuits.

5) Indigenous Employee of the Year Award
- be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; and
- demonstrate leadership, have a strong work ethic and commitment to their role.
- Recipients actively collaborating with their business to foster reconciliation
